Senior pastor bill paldino and his wife shannon

                Rev. Dr. William Paldino and his wife Shannon have 11 children with 8 at home. They came to Ignite Wesleyan Church formerly known as Orlando Wesleyan Church in July of 2014. Pastor Bill began doing ministry work with children in 2000. He did children’s ministry for a total of 5 years. He was ordained in March of 2007 preaching at churches and events as an evangelist. In 2010 he became a youth pastor at Villas Wesleyan Church. He obtained his Masters in Bible studies in 2012 and his Doctorate in Christian Counseling & Religious studies with Georgetown Wesleyan University in 2018. He has a heart for God and a deep desire to see the lost saved, and an even deeper calling to disciple believers to become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ.

                  Shannon Paldino was a nursery worker for many years and in 2009 became Co-Children’s Church director with Bill at Villas Wesleyan Church. When he began as youth Pastor she took over as Children’s Church director & teacher for 4 years. She has vast experience with Children, from being a large-family mother, running daycare, co-op, children’s church, and church nursery for 20 years. She has taken classes in early child development and early Childhood education. She has her Bachelors in theology from Crossland University. Shannon home-schools and involved in Homeschool outreach. In July 2014 she became the Children’s church director here at Ignite Wesleyan and has a great team of teacher’s to assist in the growing program.
